Meet The Founder
I’m Angelica Brown Paugh.
For most of my career, I’ve worked behind the scenes helping government agencies and community organizations strengthen programs, improve operations and manage public funding responsibly.
Over the years, I realized that many organizations don’t struggle because they lack passion or vision. They struggle because identifying funding sources, navigating grants, compliance requirements, reporting, performance management and program development can be overwhelming without the right support.
I founded BP Community Impact Solutions because I believe organizations shouldn’t have to figure everything out alone. Many nonprofits, community organizations, faith-based organizations, and small businesses have a vision for the work they want to do but need support turning that vision into action.
Whether you are seeking funding for the first time, expanding an established program, developing a business proposal, strengthening internal processes or compliance, my goal is always the same: to become a trusted partner who helps organizations achieve sustainable success.

Her professional experience spans grants management, compliance, program development, human
services, organizational operations, and government administration. Throughout her career, she has
worked alongside community organizations, nonprofits, public sector agencies, and stakeholders to
strengthen programs, improve operations, and support meaningful community outcomes.
What makes Angelica’s approach unique is her ability to understand challenges from multiple perspectives.
